Electronic Power Steering Rack - New
The electronic power steering (EPS) rack on certain Ford trucks often fails from moisture and debris intrusion into the control unit, and replacement has typically required expensive dealer programming. This Dorman OE FIX EPS rack features an improved design to prevent the moisture and debris intrusion that causes mechanical and electronics failure in the factory design. It also includes a proprietary programmer for fast, free setup. Just plug the calibration tool into the OBDII port and follow the instructions - you don't even need to download software off the original rack. The entire assembly is made of 100% new components - not re-manufactured like competing aftermarket replacements - and has been validated to meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for a trustworthy repair.

I had a hard time finding any 17 inch 7-lug rim for my 2014 Ford F150XL. I saw that a matching rim was listed on Ebay by Wheel Synergy while doing a Google Search, so I decided to check them out personally. I don't do Ebay. It took just a little while to find the right part. The process was smooth. Even the Standard Shipping (Free) was faster than some of the errant rims from salvage yards.
The only change I would make? They had listings for F-150 & F150. The rim I needed was under the latter. Maybe change one to F150HD?

Bolted right onto my 5x114.3 Toyota with the 60.1 hub—no rings needed and zero vibration. ET38 gives a tidy, slightly flush look without rubbing. The silver finish is even and easy to keep clean, perfect for daily driving.
Ride quality surprised me—very smooth for 20s. Truck feels stable at 75 mph and the satin finish is uniform and easy to maintain.
Arrived well padded and the install was straightforward. Torque held, no shakes, and brake dust wipes off in seconds.
