Return and Exchanges

The policy includes eligibility criteria for a return or an exchange:

  1. The item must be unused.
  2. It should be in the condition you received it.
  3. Any item which is damaged, broken, missing parts, or not in the original condition not due to our fault is not eligible.
  4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. An order number will also do which is on your invoice.


After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by an email that will contain:

  1. The acknowledgement of receiving your returned item.
  2. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of a refund through email.
  3. If you are approved through the refund process, you will get the credit on your credit card or through the original method of payment in five business days.

In the case of late or missing Refunds

If you haven't received any refund payment in five business days:

  1. Please check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. You can call your credit card company or bank as it takes a long time to post refunds officially.
  3. If the problem still persists, please feel free to contact our customer service (, we’ll be more than happy to help.

  2. If you need an exchange for the item you just purchased, please email us at( If your request is approved, we will ship you the new item. And if the error or negligence is on our part or during shipment, we’ll also send a return shipping label.
  3. The shipment may take some time to reach you, depending on where you live.

Return Shipping

  • Contact our customer service team ( before shipping any return item who will provide you with a return label (costs may vary based on the size), which will be deducted from the total amount
  • Refunds will be the amount on the invoice minus the return label fee.
  • Receiving the returned item may take five business days to reach us. We request you to be patient. The actual time may vary because of the shipping location.
  • We cannot guarantee that the returned item will reach us. So we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or you can also buy insurance.
