We pack all the wheels individually in a very high-quality box to provide our clients with the best service out there and to also make sure that the product reaches its destination safe and sound.

Q. How do I know what size wheels will fit my car?

  1. We make sure that our product listing and description answer all your queries regarding the size, brand, diameter, rim width, and other technical details of the wheel.
  2. Moreover, we deal in wheels that match the fit and structural appearance of the original wheels to the specifications of the vehicles:

Q. How do I know if the rim fits my vehicle or not?

  • After checking that the rim is the right fit for your vehicle, step 2 is to check that it fits your tire size. Here is a general guideline:

    2. R15 = 15" tire will fit a 15" rim
    3. R16 = 16" tire will fit a 16" rim
    4. R17 = 17" tire will fit a 17" rim
    5. R18 = 18" tire will fit an 18" rim
    6. R19 = 19" tire will fit a 19" rim
    7. R20 = 20" tire will fit a 20" rim

Warranty Queries

Q. What is the warranty on the product?

From the original date of purchase, the product is under warranty for one year. We pledge that the purchaser will receive any of our products that (they purchased from this website) will be free of damage and in fully working condition before they get dispatched.

If you have a warranty claim, please proceed to our customer service (support@part-synergy.com) and they’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that our liability is only limited to replacement or a full refund of the amount that is on the invoice. And we will not pay any other charges such as mishandling or installation etc.

Return Queries

Q. What is your return policy?

We rely on our customer service and the confidence of our clients in us to provide hassle-free service.

  • The time window for return is 30 days.
  • Our product warranty is one year.

Q. What are the eligibility criteria for a return or exchange?

The eligibility criteria for a return or an exchange are:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It should be in the condition you received it.
  • Any item which is damaged, broken, missing parts, or not in the original condition not due to our fault is not eligible.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. An order number will also do, which is on your invoice.

Refund Queries

Q. How to apply for a refund? 

After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by an email that will contain:

  1. The acknowledgment of receiving your returned item.
  2. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of a refund through email.
  3. If you are approved through the refund process, you will get the credit on your credit card or through the original method of payment in five business days.

Q. What to do in the case of late or missing refunds?

If you haven't received any refund payment in five business days:

  • Please check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • You can call your credit card company or bank as it takes a long time to post refunds officially.

Exchange Queries

Q.  What is your exchange policy? 

Damaged or defective pieces are replaced only.

If you need an exchange for the item you just purchased, please email us at(support@part-synergy.com) If your request is approved, we will ship you the new item. And if the error or negligence is on our part or during shipment, we’ll also send a return shipping label.

The shipment may take some time to reach you, depending on where you live.

Q. How to ship the returns back?

  • Contact our customer service team (support@part-synergy.com) before shipping any returned item. They will provide you with a return label (costs may vary based on the size), which will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Refunds will be the amount on the invoice minus the return label fee.
  • Receiving the returned item may take five business days to reach us. We request you to be patient. The actual time may vary because of the shipping location.
  • We cannot guarantee that the returned item will reach us. So we suggest you use a trackable shipping service, or you can also buy insurance.

Shipping Queries

Q. How long will it take for the shipment to get to me?

  • We assure you that we ship all the parcels received on the same day till 12 pm standard central time.
  • Usually, it takes 1 to 5 days for the package to reach.
  • Our standard shipping is FedEx home delivery or UPS Ground.
  • Delivery for residential locations is estimated to be on Saturdays (this applies to 48 continental states).
  • The email address on the order will send you all the shipment tracking details.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays because of holidays, weather, or anything beyond our control.

Q. When will I get my shipment tracking number?

We send shipment tracking numbers via email. It is sent to the email address you provided in your order. If you would like to change the email address you provided, feel free to contact our support team at (support@part-synergy.com).

Q. Do I pay for shipping or return shipping?

All orders are free of shipment costs. The cost mentioned on the website is for getting it to your doorstep.
