Performance Gold™ Wrench-Off Oil Filter (HP-1004) by K&N®. Originally developed for demanding race applications, K&N's Premium Wrench-Off Oil Filter has become a favorite among consumers for its durability and easy removal. Most of K&N's automotive oil filters come with a 1 inch nut welded to the top of the canister so they can be easily wrenched-off with a standard tool. To satisfy the demands of racers, K&N's oil filter has many features over and above the requirements of most vehicles.
How many times has this happened to you: You’re doing an oil change and the old oil filter won’t budge! Your strap wrench just slips or you don’t have enough room for leverage. Time to drag out the big pliers or pound an old screwdriver through the filter; any way you slice it you’re in for a big mess and skinned knuckles.
The Wrench-Off Canister Oil Filter has thicker canister walls for strength and durability. Thicker walls stand up to rocks and other debris from the outside, and they can withstand a racing engine’s higher oil pressures on the inside without bursting. Your street car engine may never experience such hazards and pressures, but it’s nice to know you have an oil filter tough enough to survive them.
The filtering media in the Wrench-Off filter allows higher flow rates while trapping 99% of harmful contaminants. High flow rates are important for racing vehicles using heavy grade oil, when oil is pumped much faster than in a street engine. Your engine may never use that type of oil or need those flow rates, but it’s nice to know your oil filter has that extra degree of engineering.
As final proof that the K&N Wrench-Off filter is engineered for racing, the 1-in. welded nut has a predrilled hole for attaching safety wire, a requirement in many types of racing to prevent filter loss. You may want the Wrench-Off filter to simplify oil filter removal, but it will also give you peace of mind in between oil changes.

I had a hard time finding any 17 inch 7-lug rim for my 2014 Ford F150XL. I saw that a matching rim was listed on Ebay by Wheel Synergy while doing a Google Search, so I decided to check them out personally. I don't do Ebay. It took just a little while to find the right part. The process was smooth. Even the Standard Shipping (Free) was faster than some of the errant rims from salvage yards.
The only change I would make? They had listings for F-150 & F150. The rim I needed was under the latter. Maybe change one to F150HD?

Bolted right onto my 5x114.3 Toyota with the 60.1 hub—no rings needed and zero vibration. ET38 gives a tidy, slightly flush look without rubbing. The silver finish is even and easy to keep clean, perfect for daily driving.
